Crepes with Maple Cream

Ingredients

  • 250ml whipping cream
  • 50ml Taylor & Colledge Maple Syrup
  • 200g strawberries
  • 15ml corn flour
  • Crepes

Method

Step 1
Pour maple syrup and corn starch into mixer and mix at high speed. Add cream gradually until consistent.
Step 2
Add a few strawberries to mixtures and fill crepes.
Step 3
Top crepes with strawberry slices and serve with maple syrup.
