- 250ml whipping cream
- 50ml Taylor & Colledge Maple Syrup
- 200g strawberries
- 15ml corn flour
- Step 1
- Pour maple syrup and corn starch into mixer and mix at high speed. Add cream gradually until consistent.
- Step 2
- Add a few strawberries to mixtures and fill crepes.
- Step 3
- Top crepes with strawberry slices and serve with maple syrup.
