- 250g cream cheese, at room temperature
- 125g butter, softened
- 2 1/2 cups icing sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon Taylor & Colledge Lemon Extract Paste

- Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Step 2
- Add the icing sugar and Lemon Extract Paste, then beat on a low speed until combined. Increase speed to medium-high for one minute.
