Taylor & Colledge Vanilla Chantilly Cream


  • 300ml thickened cream
  • 2 tbs icing sugar
  • 2 tsp Taylor & Colledge Vanilla Extract


Step 1
Whip cream, icing sugar and Taylor & Colledge Vanilla Extract until thick and smooth.

Place a dollop of Chantilly Cream on fresh strawberries and serve with a chilled glass of champagne for special occasions!
Step 4
Fill prepared profiteroles with Chantilly Cream and drizzle over chocolate sauce.
Step 5
Spoon Chantilly Cream over prepared pavlova, top with fresh fruit and serve immediately.
