Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 250g cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 125g butter, softened
  • 2 1/2 cups icing sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon Taylor & Colledge Lemon Extract Paste


Step 1
Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
Step 2
Add the icing sugar and Lemon Extract Paste, then beat on a low speed until combined. Increase speed to medium-high for one minute.
Step 3
Frost your favourite cakes or cupcakes.
