Instructions

1. To prepare the vanilla-infused vodka, slice the vanilla pod lengthwise. Pour the vodka into a clean glass bottle and add the vanilla bean. Let it infuse for 1–7 days.
   The longer you let the vanilla bean infuse in the vodka, the stronger the vanilla flavor will be. Experiment with the infusion time to find your preferred taste.
2. For the cocktail pour the vanilla infused vodka, passion fruit juice, vanilla syrup, and lime juice into a shaker over ice. Shake for 30 seconds.
3. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with half a passion fruit.
4. Serve the champagne in a shot glass along the Martini
