TOASTED ALMOND & HONEY LATTE

Ingredients
2 tsp Sliced Almonds
2 shots Fresh Espresso
150 ml Whole Milk (Can be substituted with plantbased milk of your choice)
1 tsp Taylor and College Almond Extract
2 tsp Honey
Optional: 1 pinch of cardamom
Instructions
Step 1: In a heavy pan, roast the sliced almonds over medium heat until they are golden brown. Set aside for garnish.
Step 2: Add 2 tsp of honey in a heatproof glass. Then add the almond extract.
Step 3: Using a milk frother, froth the milk until it is warm and creamy. Pour the frothed milk into the prepared glass.
Step 4: Brew 2 shots of fresh espresso coffee and slowly pour it into the glass over the milk.
Step 5: Top with the toasted almond slices and enjoy immediately.
Optional: Sprinkle a pinch of cardamom for a spiced aroma.
