150 ml fresh coffee
1 tsp Taylor & Colledge Vanilla Extract
100 ml coconut milk
Roasted coconut flakes for topping
Step 1: Heat the coconut milk over a medium-heat. Stir in the vanilla extract, remove from heat and set aside for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Froth the milk with whisk or milk frother and pour into a heat-proof glass.
Step 3: Pour in the coffee and sprinkle over the roasted coconut flakes.
